How to print the NMA songbook:
==============================

1. Decompress the downloaded file using WinZip or Unzip into a new directory.

2. Depending on the chosen file format execute the following step:
   A) PostScript-file:
	Open the PostScript file (.ps) using the freeware tool Ghostview 
	and choose the print command from the program menu.
   B) PDF-file:
	Open the PDF file (.pdf) with the "Acrobat Reader" viewer by Adobe
	and choose the print command from the program menu.
	The "Acrobat Reader" should be available under http://www.adobe.com
	in the World Wide Web / Internet.
   C) HTML-file:
	Just open file "index.html" or "nmasb.html" with your Web browser 
	(e.g., Netscape Navigator, MS Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, etc.).
